New Property Onboarding

This form will help identify property contacts, information and responsibilities.
  • This is the person who will serve as the main point of contact between your property and Be Friendlier.
  • Please indicate the total number of rooms on property.
  • Please indicate the total number of employees as of today's date.

  • Do any of your sleeping rooms have kitchenettes which contain stoves?
  • The determined number of waterproof mattress pads we agree to purchase and have on hand available for guests at all times is. The minimum number required for all properties is five (5).
  • Following submission of this form, simple instructions will be provided to you to distribute amongst your staff and begin your employee training. This is how employees will gain access to the online training and how your property will reach and maintain it's level of compliance. While Be Friendlier encourages your property to have all employees take this simple training, we urge you to have 75% of your staff trained at all times. Essential staff is identified as guest services, registration, valet, bellman, housekeeping, engineering, outlets, activities and any other positions which may have direct guest encounters.
  • Please refer to the list of property requirements and our commitment to you received in your welcome email. This email is the same one which provided you this on boarding link.
  • Use this link to upload a list of your current employees that are identified as essential staff. The spreadsheet must list three columns: First Name, Last Name, Email address and must be in .xls or .csv format. (Emails are a unique identifier for the staff member so please do not use any generic emails for multiple users.) This is how employees will gain access to the online training and how your property will reach and maintain it's level of compliance. While Be Friendlier encourages your property to have all employees take this simple training, we urge you to have 75% of your staff trained at all times.
